Has anyone ever tried their program? Does it work? How are their exercise "tables"? Did you like it? Did you keep the weight off? Anything you could tell me would be helpful! Thanks

Hi! I am a member at inches a weigh in MI. I love it. It does work...my problem was when I hit that weight plateau, I got discouraged, and stopped going. I mean, where else can you go, lose weight, get sculpted, all by laying on tables and doing 15 min of cardio 3 times a week? Keeing the weight off was fairly easy. Just a change in your eating habits. I would recommend it to anyone
