if you break with ur gf because of jealousy and other reasons, it is good to propose your opponent to her ..for example, by saying "maybe, I think it's not gonna work between us, probably it's gonna work better with your friend X, u should maybe go for him ..!!" ..Is it good to say that, if u can foresee that, or just give no hint about it ?

If your jealousy is interfering in your relationship to the point that it is causing you to want to break up, do it. No one wants to be in a relationship with someone who is always jealous and suspecting that she is cheating.
If you are sincere about thinking she will be happier with the other person, then tell her. But, if you're doing it to be vindictive, then that is really wrong and will make you the total bad guy.
