okay heres the deal my boy friend got mad at me and wanted to break up but he did'nt want to do it so he had one of his buds call me and tell me he cheated so i called my bf and he said he did until later on when he knew i was bawling my eyes out he called and told me everything now he is really sorry and is really upset with what he did and wants me back except i dont think i can trust him what should i do

Leave him, and fast! He lies to you, makes you cry, and the sad thing is he didnt have the "balls" to tell u himself, he had his friend call and lie to you. Is that someone you really want to be with?? I think you know the answer to that already. I say leave him there are other men out there, who wount make you cry, or lie to you!

Sounds like MENTAL CRUELTY to me.
Did he do it or not? It doesn't really matter I guess, if he really did not do it, cause it hurt just as bad thinking he did. He was simply trying to hurt you & make you jealous, I guess he knows how to work you. I hope for your sake he does not do that to you for the rest of your life, it would be a miserable life. You could end up like one of those women on the Maury Povich show asking for help cause their man is domineering and mentally abusing them or maybe even physically.. You don't want that do you? You better let him know right now, right this instant, he can't do stuff like that to you. I'd give him one more chance after I told him how it made you feel and you will not be treated like that form him ever again or anybody else!!!. You have to be a strong woman, it's the only way to survive these days. The world id full of "SORRY SAP SUCKERS" !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

how old is he that he had to get his friend to do that, he seems horrible and nasty and not being rude but i think he feels bad because u were crying that he has turned around and asked u back, he will do it again and again and again if u get back with him. dont let him back in say no no no no no no. He is a waste of time dump that loser i am sure u can do better find someone a bit more grown up ay. good luck x

trust your intuition hunny. he didnt want to be with you enough to lie to you and couldnt even break up with you himself. Do you really want to be with someone like that? Go find a guy who cares enough about you to atleast have the decency to break up with you himself if he wants to end the relationship. Believe it or not, there are nice guys out there. There are a ton of fish in the sea, though most of them smell, find the one who will swim the distance. Oh and also, he lied! That is enough to leave. At the very least, find yourself someone honest who has enough respect to treat you fair!

If you don't trust him chances are the relationship is doomed, besides the idiot cheated on you don't lower your expectations to what this guy is expecting once a cheater always a cheater. Kick him to the curb and get yourself a real man.

You have to set your own 'personal standards', a mental list of the things he could do that you will not tolerate. One of my standards is if he cheats on me, than 'he's gone, no matter what'. Trust is the one 'major' in any relationship. And don't cry for his mistakes...you either have to accept them or not. It's your choice!

someone who loves you would not do something that hurtful to you. that is low and nothing hurts worse than being cheated on. in the long run you will do what you want but you need to drop him like its hot and move on to the next or just be free and hang out with your friends. good luck

It sounds like he wants his cake and wants to eat it too. Maybe he did cheat and wasn't man enough to break up with you first. Maybe he thought you would automatically break up with him. Now that he knows that news hurt you, maybe he wants to try to spare your feelings. Whether he cheated or not, it's not a good thing to lie about. Dump his a**!

Don't go back to him. For his selfish reasons he decided to lie to you because he can't be man enough to just tell you that he wants to break up. Move on. Find someone better.
