I would say all three because I do not want anyone picking on anyone. Mostly I answer questions that have the word Muslims in it!
Sometimes some questions directed against muslims make me mad.... because they are not based on reality!

It depends. There are so-called "questions" that are clearly badly disguised attacks. These should be ignored by everyone. Those askers will get discouraged and their silliness will dry up - if it's not rewarded by attention. They are a lot like children that way.
However, there are questions that are meant to provoke discussion about the weaker or more questionable aspects of all those "-isms." As long as they are about the credos (or lack of credos), and not about the individuals that have them (or not), then all's fair in love (of truth) and war (of ideas).
Summary: You can pick on Islam, Christianity and atheism, but not the Muslims, Christians and atheists.

I consciencely do not 'pick' on other religions. I am currently not afraid to confront errors in 'Christianity', which I am apart of. To some degree, I understand why 'non-believers' may look at Christians as having 'little or no common sense'. (It is related to an 'addition' to God's word, that has not been eliminated presently in the U.S. by Christians; (and in many respects, the addition has been advocated).

Answer them?
I might answer them if I whimsically feel like it, or if I have something to say that I consider worth saying..... but generally I just report them first and leave.
Or at least I will report any attacks by muslims or christians on anyone... even each other. I won't tend to report such things by athiests unless they're poorly expressed.... usually because they show a higher level of wit that I can respect...

I treat the all equal. I've asked Christians why they drive cars and pollute God's world. I've asked Muslims why they praise a man who marries a 6 year old girl. I've asked Agnostics what skin color Homo Erectus was. I've asked Atheists what they think of their kindred in Mao, Lennin, Stalin, Castro and Ho Chi Min.
The funny thing is, all of them do the same fancy side step.

I answer questions that interest me. No matter who it is for or against. I like to find wholes in peoples arguments. I play devils advocate all the time.

If I see such a question, yes, I am prone to give my opinion. All answers are only opinions of the one giving them.
