Going from U.S. into Canada?

Sometimes there aren't even guards at the crossings. The border security is a joke up north. Bush has moved everybody south, to stop illegal immigration, yet nobody is patrolling the northern border. While I don't like either, I'd rather have illegal immigrants sneaking in than terrorists.

Sorry to say that the Canadian Border Check point is really quite of a joke, an to make it worst try going during summer peak times, they actuall hire, college students to fill in the back log, and they have "no" official training and they are letting people into their country. And the last thing, they are "all" unarmed. I have many good friends who work for Canada Customs & Immigration and am continuing to hope their country arms them. Not saying that a gun is the final answer to anything, but the way these dirtbags are, I feel sorry for these unarmed officers.

I crossed the border with 4 kids, and they searched under the seats, the bags, and compartments. It might be because I am law enforcements in the US and they thought I would be carrying.

Yes and for your info, a can of mace is considered a weapon in Canada...... I know first hand :)
