I could write an essay but if you care about getting tone, more reps at a lower weight. If you care about getting stronger less reps at a higher weight. Make sure you give your body enough time to rest. A light workout 4-5 times a day, for 3-4 days a week on your arms will help. But instead of lifting weights the best thing to get your arms tone is push ups. If you do 20 push ups 50 times a day, 3 days a week and ajust the reps as you get stronger, you will see results quickly

I think you would tone and pull every muscle at the same time. You don't want to over do it with weights. You have to work on different parts of the body every day to give your muscles a rest because if you over work them you won't be able to do much at all. lift your arms over your head or something simple as picking up children. There is a safe way to gain tone in your arms, legs and every other muscle you work out with. It's called Bulk & Muscle Formula Protein Drink Mix. It's all natural no steroids and will define your muscles quickly especially if your that dedicated to toning your arms. It's found on www.differentu.com so check it out cause I use it and wouldn't use nothing else to get a better looking body and tone. God bless you and wish you well.

50 individual times? or 50 sets? if ind. times then yes. tho start at low weight and work up or u might not have use of ur arms tomorrow. if 50 sets then u are officially crazy....way too many and u wont be able to do anything with ur arms for a week.
