My chest was crushed at the very sight of him, I couldn't breath, speak and my face got really hot, all the repairing i did to my heart took 2 steps back, and then after he was no longer in my sight, I reminded myself whey he was my ex, and at least I could breath again, Hell there will always be that one person who can stop your world even after years of not seeing him.

Don't worry that's what happens when you give a piece of your heart away to someone. It hurts, but in the end your better off. Something didn't click between the two of you because if it did you would still be together. I was engaged to this boy 6 years ago, and when i see him my heart still sinks. Not because I'm still in love with him but because he still has a piece of my heart and I still care about him and wouldn't want anything bad to happen to him. He is a friend a friend that knows your dreams and your deepest darkest secrets, he knows you better then most of your girlfriends do.
My advice: if you see him and your heart sinks think about it. When you can't see him anymore do you remember why your not together anymore, or is that all really foggy now and all you can seem to remember are those great times you had together. That's how you know if should be with him or not!
Good luck it's a hard spot to be in.

yeah but you know what i know i had ot move on even though it si hard to do i cry a little bit then i do what i know has to be done and i move on. it is not an easy road to take but it gets easy after a wile cause i know that if they moved on i have to cause i got to do what feels good to me
