First you have to clearly communicate to her that you don't want her to contact you at all. By clearly communicate I mean "I am telling you I don't want you to contact me in any way". Then if she bothers you again you can make a complaint with the police department.
Have you even tried to just talk to her or are you just trying to avoid her. This is half your fault to begin with. Next time be careful of who you "hit".

Restraining or Protections orders are pieces of paper. Sometimes they work but most times not. You also have to make sure your order comes from a criminal court judge rather than a domestic relations (divorce type) judge as the later really has no teeth. Second, most jurisdictions will not pursue stalking charges without some prior documentation and/or arrests for less serious charges. The mere fact that someone is stopping by work etc doesn't necessarily constitute stalking. If you've talked with her and explained that you no longer want her attention, go sign a warrant for some type of harassment and have the local police put her in jail. And by the way, the police don't issue restraining / protection from abuse orders only a court can do that. Good luck and you might want to be a little more cautious about 'hitting that' in the future. Maybe you should try to treat a woman like a woman rather than a piece of meat. 'You reap what you sew'!

I would try and talk to her first, be straight forward with her. If she still doesn't get the point just take her messages that she leaves on your phone and put that on your message machine as your greeting, start it off with something like "This is the reason I am not answering my phone right now...." followed by her message she left for you before. I know for me I would want any embarrassment like that and for everyone to hear if I was acting like a idiot. My husband had the same problem but she bothered him for years, bottom line is if you have to get a restraining order do it, and if it comes to being rude and nasty do it, but only if it comes down to that.

Deal with it the same way a female stalking victim would handle a male stalker -- get the police involved. Sounds like this woman might end up needing to be served with a restraining order.

Well have to talked to her about this "stalking" issue? If you have and she didn't stop, you can go to your police department and ask how to get a restraining order. You will have to be able to get evidence that she has been/is currently stalking you.
Nice first sentence by the way.... **inserts sarcasm**

If this girl is really stalking you then there are some things that you should do to keep yourself safe from her.
First tell this girl NO once, do not talk to her after that AT ALL!!!
Stalking laws apply equally to both genders...male or female.

Anti-stalking laws apply just as much to female stalkers as they do to male ones. Go to the authorities and take advantage of them. Also, stop sleeping around.
