I really hope this isnt a dumb question, but, Ive never kissed someone who didnt have full lips, and I know there are people out there that have thin upper to practically no upper lip, how do you kiss them? Im afraid I wont know how, or wont do it right.

Use your upper lip to brush against the upper lips, gently. Use your nose btw, to rub against the nose also, slowly turn your head 45degree and use your tongue to lick the upper and lower lips, if the other party opens the mouth, put your tongue in.... ( this part i believe i don't need to teach you , you will know what to do, trust your tongue, just don't drool too much, very yucky.)

My husband has a thin upper lip & I just kiss him. It's nothing that causes any trouble. Maybe it'll feel a little different, I don't know. I can't remember how it felt to kiss anyone else by now!
