It's not quite Spanish, so I'm not totally sure, but I think it's trying to say, "Fuiste a la casa mía," which could be translated as "You went to my house, " or "Did you go to my house?", depending on the intonation and the context.

If that's Spanish, it is poorly written! The form "la mia" sounds more Italian than Spanish.
About Spanish, "fuesta" is not a word.
Maybe the sentence was "Fuiste a mi casa" (you went to my home) or "Fienta en my casa" (Party at my home).

It is Fiesta:)

And it means: "Party at my place"

If it is written Fuiste- then it means: Did you go to my place?
