Has anyone ever heard of having an extra ear canal? I had one?

I had one when I was like 2 and I guess I had surgery to close it or what not. What im wondering is I keep getting sinus infections REALLY bad and do you think there could be some kind of link from that.

Oh wow, what would it have been like if they just let you keep it? You might have had superhearing, y'know. Lol.
As for sinus infection- even those of us who did not have any surgery have the same problem.
Alternative therapists always say though that some surgeries do not heal properly. so maybe.
Have you checked any allergy causes, ragweed, pollen, etc in your area ? Tried living for a few weeks in a different terrain with different flora and fauna? Also your surroundings, too much dust?pet dander?
It can be anything. Talk to an EENT specialist.
