Not my most sensitive spot, but done right, slightly to the front alternated with light bites, my skin is tingling.

Personally I love it when my baby comes up behind me and wraps his arms around me and then kisses my neck on the side right where my shoulders and neck meet up. but that's me. each woman is different and likes to be kissed different places. some don't like the neck kiss. it all depends.

I think all areas could be a hot spot. My husband hits all the spots on me neck and yea it gets me riled up

The side or back is fine. Just stay away from the ears! Even the earlobe. It's disgusting, and you might swallow an earring.

start right under the ear (on any side) then slowly go downward on that side til the shoulder.. then go anywhere from there!
I didnt try that, but MANY of my girl friends say its sensational!!
