they wont heat up properly, the led light only flashes if i squeeze the plates together really tightly but as soon as i open them again it stops flashing and they cool right down! anyone know what the problem is? where can i get them mended, would a standard electrical repairs shop be able to help or is there somewhere where i can send them off to get mended? Anyone know where? I live in Yorkshire in England, thanks

sorry i bought them off ebay, they were brand new but didnt have any warrany with them, it was about 3 years ago anyway!

What you should do is take them back to salon that sells them, and say you got them as a chrissie present last year hence no receipt. Be really nice and ask if there's anything they can do. They might replace them or give you details to contact GHD

Yay, a fellow yorkshire lass. So they are having issues huh? Lol!

Can you take them back to where you bought them. It sounds like a loose connection. It shouldn't be too hard to fix. They might still be under warranty!

How long have you had them? They might be under guarantee, take them back to the shop you got them from!
