Some people are more sensitive to the acids in fruits, especially citrus fruits and pineapple, than others which may lead to mouth ulcers. Also if nuts are causing ulcers as well, you may be allergic to them. Keep track of what you eat and when the ulcers occur to determine if there is a link between the ulcers appearing and when you eat certain fruits and/or nuts.

the acid from the fruit breaks down and can settle in your stomach and mouth which irritates them and cause acid pockets or bumps in your mouth aka ulcers
