I have had a very slight sore throat on left side when swallowing liquids only. I am 32 and dont smoke I went to family doctor and have no swollen lymph glands or tonsils. Could it be post nassal drip when sleeping? should I be worried its cancer?

cancer doesnot give symptoms so go to ENT doctor to see the cause

Since you have been examined by a physician, I cannot imagine that it could be cancer. It could be post nasal drainage but why would it hurt on only 1 side? A key factor is the duration of this discomfort. If 7 days or less an infection is most likely. If more than 7 days post nasal drainage or gastroesophageal reflux should be considered. When visiting your doctor it is never enough for them to say it is not cancer. If not - ask them straight - OK what is it? what are the possibilities?

i have the same thing.... it only happens during fall and it's allergies. it's not cancer
