how about pork shoulder smoothed in barbecue sauce and then cooked all day and shredded 10-5 mins before dinner and let soak up juices from sauce and serve on buns
shredded pork yum
or boiled sausage with green peppers and onions cooked all day in tomato sauce then put on rolls sausage subs
or
beef stew
or
