That's a very general question.
Dublin has some nice posh girls, they also have old slappers - like everywhere else - what kind are you interested in?
So that would be yes and no, depending on what you look like, do you have your own teeth, how much money you have, how you speak, do you have your hair in a "gay and or bleached do" what kind of job have you got, how intelligent are you, can you hold a conversation , do you wear make up, are you a short ***, fat, ugly etc.
Like most women, they would probably favour your Northern cousins - real men - who they don't have to share there makeup with, though of course that is a generalisation, based on stereotypes too.
Irish men, even most teenage boys are extremely well mannered and polite, they are much more impressive than most other nationalities I find, so the competition is high - again a generalisation - but then so is the question.
Just ask the lady herself is probably the best idea.

Any men really, in the main they do not tend to be as prejudice as their male counterparts. There are a lot of Essex jokes doing the rounds however.
If you a decent enough fellow you'll be ok. Even the Irish publicans will accept you if you are spending brass.
Are you visiting Dublin then?
Just keep the union flag & the St George's sweat shirt hidden away to be on the safe side.

Difficult one as dublin women tend not to be choosey but all women hate essex men. Could be a case of having sex and puking up at same time.

The Irish take people as they are. They don't care where someone is from as long as you are friendly and honest you will be ok. It's only the English that seem to have a problem of where people come from.

Mate - they love the English. any fit Irish girl in Temple Bar will speak to you. They're not stuck up at all.
