God is not mortal, so I believe you have answered your own question! But, no mortal ever ordered the flooding of the earth! God ordered it, so, you really don't need to worry about it! No crazy flood askers out there! lol

The wages of sin is death and the Bible clearly states in Genesis 6 that men became very evil even in their very thoughts. God decided to end it there and then but He found favor and grace in his servant Noah. The flood is a real and true representation of the consequences of turning away from God and sinning. It is even stated by Bible scholars that it was so bad then that if a man wanted a woman who was married he would just kill her husband and take her, their was murder and stealing everywhere. You might live somewhere where you are not faced with those type of realities of fear of being robbed and killed daily but it is real and in other parts of the world, you might have it good. In his infinite wisdom God saw the condition of the world and decided to flood it. It represents the also the coming of the end of world where those who hate sin will be removed from earth and those who love sin will be destroyed with it.

Yeah apparently might is right... just because you create something it means you can destroy it. So if you and your significant other have a kid (obviously you created it) then you can kill it and still be considered "infallible". Pretty cool huh?
And from what I've seen, I guess just because you are immortal it means you can do whatever you want and always have the moral high ground for some unexplained reason. In the end I don't know why you even ask this question, everyone knows that Jupiter is the true supreme being anyway...

The flood story and many other myths in the Bible have been propagated by fable mongers. The Jews had as much right as any other people to create their own god, their own flood legend and certainly, their own savior. In any event, what else but fury would you expect of a God so insecure as to be jealous, like the Bible God is - jealous of his own creatures and puny gods!

The earth belonged to God so he was no more crazy than you would be if you washed your car and therefore flooded your back garden.
