u can tell him whether or not u r going to see a dr. and when u r returning. u don't have to tell him whats wrong with u, u can simply say i am not feeling well. your health is your personal business, u don't have to tell him a diagnosis.

If you don't tell him the nature of your illness, be sure to get a note from your doctor that states you should not be at work. Without one or the other, you don't have evidence you were actually ill. Unfortunately, people who misuse sick days have made employers suspicious of everyone.

Your history is irrelevant. a million. sure 2. sure it is said as artwork and it is not honest and it sucks now and again. in the different case they might call it chuffed relaxing Time that you ensue to receives a fee for. on your agency, some time at artwork is the biggest area of your life. they fairly do not care about your own life or issues and, frankly, they fairly don't have time to care all that a lot. could maximum agency's be a touch extra empathetic? sure, yet maximum do not. it fairly is the truth of all those who've to artwork for a living.

If you are not going to the doctor, your employer can claim that it was just a goof-off day, and take it off your vacation time instead. If you are going to be out for a while, he may need to have someone fill ini for you

Yes those are common questions asked. It is a sad fact that more often than not the employee is not really sick.
