I don't know what KLM is ranked at, but my favorite airline (and I travel frequently) is Continental. They have the best service and most comfortable seats of any airline I've been on. And they actually still serve you meals that you don't have to pay extra for.

KLM was voted best airline in the year 86. Yes , I know, 20 years ago!
But, still they are reliable and offer a good service.And also, Schipol airport is one of the most convenient airports in the world.

I don't know what KLM is ranked at, but I have flown with them several times, and overall it is a good airline. It is pretty cheap, and still very good quality.
