why is there a black servant while all the others are white ?? whats the meaning of it

You have to remember that this work commemorates the Council of Florence to which delegates of both the East and West attended. Its not a surprise to see a black man portrayed as there were many exotic (as was then termed) people involved in the proceedings. Remember also that many of the people portrayed remain unidentified by name.
