we all get days where we feel like saying or doing something and dont because we dont want to be judged by the people around us...or we dont have time or its too crazy...how many of you will go out there today and providing it harms no one...do something your impulses tell you to instead of quashing the urge and come back later and tell me how good you felt...or not...is anyone game???...;0)

Well, I will tell you now. When I go to the mall I will turn on all the battery operated xmas decorations and leave; just for you. Drives the mall people crazy and it is soooo funny; and I like to see the decorations doing their thing anyhow. Might buy one!
You try something. Maybe you could try on the roller blades or heelies and go for a ride up and down the isles. Or the one I like is to climb into the beds at the mall under the covers and close your eyes...you know just to test them out....
Hmm, or maybe go to the mall and see how many free samples you can get from all the stores; that is a fave or mine. Get lots of great stuff; take along a friend who also likes samples.
The list is endless; you do some and tell US about it.

!I never care who is judges me I'm aways impulse! Impulsiveness in and of it self can be fun and also at the same time get addictive because it does feel good and it can lead to trouble to having a problem with in some one who might have and additive personalty disorder and does not yet know they have this kind of problem or has not been diagnosed as having a disorder yet just be careful when your asking thees kinds of questions I know you did not Meany thing by this I'm just giving you some in site on balancing life some people don't know how to do that .

My heart and my mind work together, sometimes the heart or the mind make me do things other times one or the other vetoes it.
For me these are impulses to do or to not do something.
But when both heart and mind are in agreement that's when I know I've usually got it right.
so in answer to your question, on impulse I've just responded to your question, that is my impulse.
Am I happy? Yes and no, the real question is does my answer make you happy?

I have done this in the past , no one was hurt & no harm was done, I felt good for doing it, it was to help a person so I did it for a good reason.

i wanna wheel my desk and chair into the lift and then ask every one who comes in if they have an appointment!...
am only one trial period here so wont actually do that...
but i did buy big choc chip cookie from bakery for lunch and ate it at 11 and have been feeling guilty/sick ever since....
