Humanity will not be allowed to leave your solar system if you insist on clinging to your silly god concepts. The rest of the galaxy's sentient species will not tolerate such pollution spreading to other species untouched by such rubbish.

No, it shouldn't be outlawed...that's too much gov't..and enough freedoms have been lost already.
I do not believe in organized religion tho, ( for myself ) as one can look around at all the problems it has caused and control over peoples minds.
I am a Christian, and after having been in organized religion, and knowing how controlling it is, I worship God and Christ in a personal relationship, and am very happy doing that. BUT organized religion does help some people, and is a good thing for some..so, not wanting to have any less freedoms here, I believe they have the perfect right, according to the Constitution of the US, to meet and assemble for worship! No one should take that away.
I am a white female, age 50, living in the N. E. US.

No to your question. SE 51 Caucasian, Follower of Jesus Christ.
Once you ban anything, what will be next, the banning of all Atheist? Remember Hitler started down this path, and you see what happened.
P.S. I'm sure you won't quote me because it doesn't fit in with your train of thought, but that's OK.
While giving your speech you might want to touch on how great a faith it takes to be a true Atheist. How everything just happen out of nothing. Air,Water, Sun,Food,Sex,Soil, all just happened to be here to have life. To be a true Atheist you must have 100 times more faith than a Christian, and you can quote me on that!

Not that I generally care what the government does or doesn't do, but it would make my eradication of organised religion much easier if it was actually illegal. I would certainly be willing to sacrifice certain portions of my "freedom of expression" in order to ensure that idiocy of that sort wasn't allowed to propagate any more. Better still... if spreading of organised religion became punishable by death.... well... I think that would get the point across quite nicely. Humanity itself would benefit greatly from such a decision, both through the purification of vast amounts of idiocy from the gene pool... and through the overall lessening of the human global population, meaning more resources to go around the remainder.

I don't feel Outlawing it will work. But they should be taxed just like any other Organization unless they can prove more than 50% of the money they take in goes directly to Charity.
Go ahead and quote me. *wink*

Everybody should have the right to believe in whatever it is that makes them happy.
I don't know if the science freaks or the religious freaks are idiots or right or whatever. But I do want all of them to be here.
It makes life more colorful and entertaining.
Peace indeed. if only people learnt to let others be and do their own thing. Then, we'll have world peace.

i do no longer think of we would desire to constantly outlaw it -- that's intolerance, which i'm strictly antagonistic to. I do think of that prepared faith has fallen a loooong way from the mark, and that i think of it would be dazzling if various the localized church homes might seem previous their doorways and incredibly practice what they carry forth and carry out a little genuine existence stable for this worldwide and society. ok, i'm gonna stop...

Religion is the preaching of lies that have been accepted by the weak-minded over time.
The empty mind accepts all as true and yet the fool cannot help mend his error.
Man created god - this is the correct order.
I think post-theism is the new belief - to know that religion is idiocy in its purist form and that it is best left on the shelf of history with other idiocies.

The problem is not organized religion - it is that religion is filled with humans. Meaning that where there are good things in organized religion there are also bad like in any organized thing. God doesn't mess things up - He is perfect - we do. So if people have a problem with organized religion do not blame the religion - blame the people. We are bound to mess up - pray for us.
