It's a real myth that butter is bad for you. In small amounts it is fine. It is much better than margarine, which contains dozens of chemicals, trans fats and is naturally black, but they dye it yellow so it looks like butter.
Butter is a good source of short-chain fatty acids such as butyric acid. It also contains vitamin E.
It's one of the best things for cooking with because its saturated nature means it is much more stable than oils, and so the heat doesn't turn the molecules into nasty fats that damage your health.
I am a Dietary Educator, and recommend my clients eat butter in moderation, rather than any other type of spread.

Well it's fatty and can be a major cause of high cholesterol but with everything, in small doses , It's probably okay for you in a slight way because your body does need fats to survive and work efficiently.

Bad: Practically entirely saturated fat. Very little other nutritional value.
Good: Good source of calcium, contains no artificial flavourings, preservatives or colourings. Or anything artificial for that matter!!!

and butter is not 100% saturated it also contains 47% monosaturated fats and around 7% polysaturated fats,

all body cells only can repair with good fats.
