I can see from the answers so far, that you have no training in leadership. One should start a mission such as you have described with your interpretation of The Vision. First you join in your Church and feel the results.
Preach others the genuine feeling that you felt after joing the church.
Ofcourse "Bible" will be the holy book, even if you organize a church. There are lot other churches and people will go their for prayer.
