i wat 2 ask this person out but i cant seem 2 find the courage 2...wat do i do?

You can't rush, its got to be slow. First you need to know him better, anyway smile at him whenever you meet him so that he notice your presence, then greets him n later on prolong the greeting like ' Good Morning ! How are you? /Are you going to school ? /waiting for some one? / etc etc. If you are too shy then get some one to accompany you while meeting with him, let your friend starts the conversation, you just continue from there.
Later on, use the information you know to get closer to him like [1]be his training partner if he like sports/games, [2]you know his favorite foods, invite him over to your house to sample your cooking [3] get him to assist you in your home works, or borrow some reference books or notes from him[ if you are not schooling then borrow some story books or CD from him n the list goes on ..... just ask! If he likes u too, then he will say yes, and it will be all be worth it! the worst that will happen is he'll say no, and ull move on!
