I don't really understand your question in it's entirety, but the answer to the opening question is yes. We are happy to sow our wild oats with almost anyone that shows an interest in saying yes to us.
I'm joking a little bit with the following, but, for a guy, a hot date is a woman with the ABC's intact (Airway, Breathing, and Circulation) who isn't afraid to say yes.
Now, there are two reasons most guys don't want to have sex with someone; they are not physically attracted to the person or they are intimidated by the person.
Then their are some odd fellows who actually believe virginity until marriage is an important prize in their box of Cracker Jack.
