You need to obey the Word of God which says to not be unequally yoked...You can not have a blessed marriage if you choose to make a covenant before God with someone who does not serve God. Courtship, as I understand it, is an exclusive relationship that a man and woman enter into in order to test wether they are meant to be together in marriage. Not the kind of thing you do lightly.

Courtship implies that marriage is in the future, so I myself would never consider being courted by a non Chrsitian man.

Must I let religion be the decision maker of my feelings. I personally will go with the one I feel more in love with. One does not have to be a Christian to have good values. A Christian is not always one who has good values.

I could never get involved with a Christian. I converted to Judaism from Christianity, and want to stay as far away from it as possible.
An Atheist-----------well, maybe------if he accepted me and my ideals, I can accept his----if he is a good person.

I am an atheist and my girlfriend is Muslim. She's fairly liberal, though, and we agree on most other issues.
