yeah guess she's not interested.. but she may also be th type who jus talks when talked to or when asked something

It doesn't mean she's not interested neccesarily, she could just be self conscious and rattling on out of nervousness. If not then I'd watch for signs that she's selfish or self absorbed. But bottom line is if she doesn't give you the attention you need then move on, even if she is interested.

If you're intrested tell her and than you'll know. If you wait too long to reveal you're love to her it would be harder for you to get her.
