It is actually spelled "Jaegermeister" or "Jägermeister", and it
depends on where you are. In Germany and Luxemburg you can by it in any shop, in Britain it is available at some Tesco stores, in Ireland you have to look long and hard, don't know about the US, in South Africa it is in some "drankwinkels".

I'm not convinced you've got the spelling right, but this is either Dutch or South African - certainly you can get it in SA, but it tastes like regurgitated cough medicine - be warned.
google a bit for online stores that sell things like biltong, boerewors and tex-bars to SA ex-pats in whatever country you live in - (we're all over the world, it's our latest secret plan at world domination - shhhhhhh don't tell anyone)

duno i used to buy loads of it when i go abroad its lush especially when u fill a little shot glass with it then put the shot class into a tumbler glass then pour red bull around the outside of the shot glass then drink it as a shot wow tastes fantastic and gets ya rat ars*d ha ha
