I feel joy in the most troubled times... if I myself am having troubles, i enjoy the fact that there are obstacles, in which are great challenges of life... when others have troubles i take joy in knowing that I can be there to help them through it... there's a quote,

"When you're happy, no worries, when you have problems, why worry?"

Cheers!

You are exactly right, I feel that joy helps me through my bad times. I may not have joy 100% of the time, but during crisis I always look to what God has blessed me with and I use that to strengthen what is weak.

DURNING troubles COUNT YOUR BLESSINGS name them one by one. YOU will see what the LORD has done. WHEN you count your blessings you will see good and it brings JOY.EXAMPLE: good health. FOOD ON THE table. BILLS PAID. GAS 4 your car.ect
