can not install internet exp. 7?

Question

I'VE TRIED TO INSTALL 7 OR 8 TIMES,SCREEN BLINKS,
IT STOPS ON ADMINISTRATIVE KIT COMPS. THE YAHOO
ICON IN THE TASK BAR SAYS "TOOLBAR 192%". NOW I DON'T
THINK YOU CAN HAVE MORE THAN 100% OF ANYTHING.
ZUP??

u can't install I.E 7 if u r using a pirated copy of windows.
further it works only on xp & later versions of xp.
better visit www.microsoft.com for further details.
