I don't know about "regularly" but I do imagine they have wet dreams, hot flashes, just as men do.

i don't know what you're or someone else is doing to you in your sleep but if you spontaneously orgasm for no apparent reason you need to find out how, patent it, market it and you will make billions...

didnt know woman could have orgasms in thier sleep until i had one afew months back.I woke up so F***n freaked out it just wasnot funny.When i think about now,it wasnt that bad either lol

Mine usually follow a pattern, usually just after my period I seem to have more activity.. it seems to wane prior to and during the monthly.

yes its totaly normal. ive had loads of them. like wet dreams ut i would say more tense. and women tend not to talk about these things so it happens in their dreams. i wouldnt say it was regular though. id say its quite rare.
