eggs benedict, with asparagus and a slice or two of bacon.

no wait scrambled with smoked salmon and chives. Oooo and some hellmans mayo on buttered toast.

or as part of a full english breakfast. Yum

Has to have a runny yoke if poached fried or soft boiled. Or they might as well go in the bin !!!!

scrammbled with bits of smoked salmon stirred through at the end, granary toast and then a long morning in bed to fertilise those more important eggs babes.....

My Dad (the chef of the family) makes a mean batch of scrambled eggs, filled with fresh tomato and fried onions and greens peppers and cilantro - I think I need to visit again, and soon!

Fried on egg on toast - sunnyside up! mmmmmmmm - I would be satisifed with scrambled eggs on toast as well though, boiled eggs are good too, so are poached if my Mum's makes them - I can't!

Fried, boiled, poached or scrambled…but I hardly ever have them in the morning.
