if your seeing a guy casually, like, only when your out in town which isnt a planned meeting, but you text him another time asking him out on a particular day he he texts you back saying, im not sure yet, should be OK but ill let you know in the week, what does it mean?is he interested or is he just fobbing me off?

The problem with this kinda thing via SMS is the fact that there is no intonation or inflection in their "voice", making it hard to tell.
Like, there are many ways to say "I'm fine" - like the "I'm not really fine, i'm angry, I'm just saying I'm fine" or the genuine "I'm perfectly OK"... Its the tone in which "I'm fine" would be said which would indicate which meaning was truly meant.
Is it possible to call him and SOUND out his answer rather than just texts? I think if you spoke to him later in the week, but before the planned day, and say "Hiya, just calling to find out if you're still ok for X-day", and HEAR what he says... you might get a better feeling by doing so.
Emails and texts are so often miscontrued, I think its a case of getting it straight from the horses mouth, not the horses keypad! :)

Quite an interesting situation. I suppose it could mean one of two things really.... either he's really not that interested or he genuinely doesn't know whether he'll be free. It's obviously another thing if he doesn't get back to you at all about your offer of meeting! See how it goes i guess!

Being a guy its still hard to tell as believe it or not.... we are not all the same.
He could be just laid back like i used to be when i was dating... to a girl i got told i seemed not interested... which i wasnt... just not commited... which if you are casually seeing some one is ok. Or he may be just playing you... ask him is the best policy. Hope that helps

hes fobbing you off..dont get it twisted ganster sis..when a guy says hes gonna see you in a week..do you really think he would choose to go with out sex for a week? hell no, hes either got other birds hes seeing or he aint interested..guys dont normally play hard to get bull ****, they either aint interesetd or they are..if i was you id be cool about it, but i wouldnt put your hopes up

He is still trying to decide whether he likes you or not...lol..give him time but don't force the issue. If he does not accept, then don't bother with him. You are still young, there are many available eligible men out there.
