If you are flying from DTW, you must be on NWA, and we don't fly into Heathrow.

I have not flown from Detroit, but have made this trip from Chicago. Air time from Chicago to Detroit is less than one hour. Roughly seven hours to London and roughly eight hours to Detroit. The trip eastbound is usually quicker because of prevailing winds.
