How do I know If my version of F.E.A.R is UK or USA?

Im from South Africa and bought it from a shop here, but the box doesnt say if its UK or USA!!! I want to download the patch but Im not sure if im supposed to download the UK or USA!

well uk english had spelling like programme usa spells it program. what english did you learn? most From Africa learn uk english I think.
