It won't work on pizzas. Main reasons would be that the crust will go very soggy and the cheese will become very runny, messy and begin to taste horribly like plastic.
The microwave should be ignored completely when it comes to actually "cooking" food in most cases anyway. Use an oven, it only take an extra 10 minutes. Use that time to water your plants or put away some dishes, feed the dog, put clothes into the washing machine, polish your coffee table, wipe down your counter tops, sweep the floor.

MICROWAVE MINI PIZZAS
Ingredients:-
-1 (6 count) pkg. English muffins
-1 sm. jar pizza sauce (any flavor)
-8 oz. pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
-48 slices pepperoni (optional)
Method:-
1) Pour sauce on to open-face muffins.
2) Place 4 slices of pepperoni on each muffin.
3) Top each muffin with a generous amount of cheese.
4) Bake in microwave for 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
5) Serves 3 or cut into fourths to serve as party food.

i have to say, pizza is really horrible done in a microwave, i do it in a normal oven. you will have to follow the instructions for your oven i think they have recipes in there somewhere, it also depends on what you like on your pizza, try posting the same question on the cookery bit of yahoo. but i buy a base and work my way outward, generally works
