Depends how much you have to spend. If you want to splash out what about a spa day where she can go and be pampered - I dont know of any girl who would not like this. What about a ballon trip, or an outing to a theme park with her thoughtful sibling. If you have less to spend make her something - a cake or a meal. The fact that you are thinking so carefully and thoughtfully about what you can get your sister shows what a great person you must be. Whatever you decide I am sure she will appreciate it.

'TAKE HER OUT. Buy something together when you are out, go for a coffee and something to eat. Then, End the day with something nice, like a nice cosy night in, or a night on the tiles or take her to a smart restuarant or pictures whatever she likes. But memories are better than material things. But materials are good, so mix em.!!

Do you have any photos of the two of you together when you were younger?? Go dig some out...get a couple and have them copied as 5x7's or 8x10's. Frame them and give them to her...she'll love it!!
She's not a kid anymore and I'm sure your right behind her!

How about 2 tickets for a concert? Leave it up to her who she wants to take, but chances are she would like to take you! I bought tickets for my sis when she was about the same age, and she loved it!

feels like he does not deserve something after the hoop fiasco, and that's probably why you have left it so late contained in the day! techniques in this occasion are confusing. i might say slightly photograph of her in a sort of leather-based frames, that he can shop in his wallet... like that she is with him each and every of the time. in line with threat its greater discreet than the hoop? stable success...
