God can surely help you! Christ said:

Mark 11:22 "Have faith in God," Jesus answered. 23 "I tell you the truth, if anyone says to this mountain, 'Go, throw yourself into the sea,' and does not doubt in his heart but believes that what he says will happen, it will be done for him. 24 Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.

Now note that Christ says "and does not doubt." This parallels to
Matthew 17:20 "He replied, "Because you have so little faith. I tell you the truth, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there' and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you."

What this tells us is that our faith and trust in God is not equal to that of a mustard seed (about 1 mm in diameter). So as you can see we must trust God and he will answer our prayers.

Another thing we must remember is that God can see our heart's most passionate desires. God must come first otherwise we are worshiping idols (i.e. pride, money, women, TV, video games, wisdom, intelligence). He will surly not give you an idol to worship instead of Himself. That would be like your mother giving your father a different woman for him to elope with (not logical or moral).

I myself have fallen into bad relationships because I was not keeping God first in my life. This led to getting involved with girls who eventually cheated on me or were just far out there. The qualities of the girl are going to be where you find her. I suggest investing your time in a Church Youth Group, Bible study, or the like and God will lead you to the girl He has predestined for you. Don't be scared that He has her predestined because you still have choice, but his omnipotence also borders on predestination. You will like the person He chose for you because He chose her specifically for you.

Lastly, remember the three M's: Master, Mission, Mate. Know who your Master is, God, and submit yourself over to Him. Trust that He has the best intentions for you and worship Him. He will show you your Mission in life. Where He wants you to go and what He wants you to do to further His kingdom. Lastly, he will show you your Mate. The woman he has intended you to be with. I have found that doing things in the opposite order leads to an unhealthy and, eventually, a limited relationship.

God bless.

God can definitely help you find a girlfriend..

Especially if it is what He wants for you (His will).

He is a 'Yes' God and one who defines love.

But in your heart it should be that you know He will (rather than a 'can He'). Ask Him. Even with what little faith we have, we can use it to increase our belief sufficiently to meet our needs.

God does'nt answer prayer. He answers faith.

May you find what His plan for you is and in it, your girlfriend.

Yes He can. Will He though? The only way to find out is to stay tuned. It works for many people if they are open to what God would have you to do.

Matthew 7:7-11 Ask and it shall be given to you; seek and you shall find; knock and it shall be opened to you. (8) For each one who asks receives; and he who seeks finds; and to him who knocks, it shall be opened. (9) Or what man is there of you, if his son asks a loaf, will he give him a stone? (10) Or if he asks a fish, will he give him a snake? (11) If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more shall your Father in Heaven give good things to those who ask Him

So...Of course He can! Just have faith and pray pray pray
