Not in the United States. They basically ignore the religious requirements of the Sikhs and other religions that have similar requirements in favor of enforcing unconstitutinal regulations. I will tell you this...IF there have been any SIkhs with their Kripans, or any one ELSE that has a similar requirement in their religion, on any of the 9/11 flights....NONE of those planes would have crashed. The more laws, rules, regulations, and restrictions there are, the more vulnerable we become.

I dont think Kirpan would be allowed in any airlines in the world since the terror attacks
