I'm a travel agent also in Manila, Philppines. The following are the usual information that we discuss to client such as - when will be the duration of your tour, do you have a budget that we can work on, what hotel or resort or destination you preferred, what facilities do you want, how many of you that will travel (specifiy - adult & child if any including their birthday). We can recommend also a tour destination if you have no idea yet on where to go to and that will suit to your budget too. Those informations are needed to properly give you quotation or price of the tour.
