A typical 727 Executive Airliner (Like the one Trump has) is currently selling between $6-10 million. Trump has probably done some upgrades to his aircraft, most likely pushing it's value up quite a bit, and judging from the interior shots from season one of the Apprentice, he has a lot of expensive furnishings in there. A conservative estimate would be $14,000,000.

I can tell you what upgrades he has (I've been in it!) The jet looks like crap up close, fading paint. Recent avionics upgrade, projector television (that's what the mechanics were watching when I seen the airplane getting avionics upgrade). Expensive paintings on the walls, a bar, nice looking lamps, custom leather sofas, full size bed, A SHOWER... I touched his pillow. The lettering making up the TRUMP on the side of the plane is gold leaf. larger fuel tanks... That things gotta be worth more than $15 million. He uses it often, I guess.

You can buy a 727 turnkey for $500,000 dollars. A D check, a new paint job, a Super27 conversion and new interior would come in at way less than 14 mill.
