ex-h and I are having problems interpreting our child custody order. He wants to have them during the week and is using his entitled uninterrupted time to have our kids in the week.

if the paper says that you have custody (majority of the time) then he can't have them during the week unless they don't have school the next day.

It means he can't take them out of school early or take them to school late, or have them miss days of school so he can spend time with them. It also means that when he is spending his time with them, you cannot call, pick them up early, or just show up to see how things are going, and neither can someone acting on your behalf.
