I have a word Document that I complete the top half of each time but then have to produce three different versions of. (Each has the same top half but a different ending)

I am currently using 3 macros to paste in each different ending, print it before removing it, inserting the next and ending and printing that, remove it, etc.

In excel I could sort this out in print set up, but how do I do this in word????

How about putting a section break in, and making an unusually large header, you then have same top half on each page. Don't forget to uncheck the "same as previous tab" if its part of a larger document.

For Word I would first start a new document and type the part that is the same and save this for example under template. Then type your first add on and save that as Template 1 and print. Then open template and type the second and save as Template 2 and print. Then open template and type the third and save as Template 3 and print. You will thereafter have each one saved as well as still having the part you need for each one and if you can re-use this template time and time again. I hope I've explained this ok. Hint - press file and "save as" and name them - do not just press "save" as you would loose the original template then.
