it means that she wants to spend a time alone, period. Even when we are really happy and in love with someone else it doesn't mean that we do not need time for ourselves also. It is healtier and mature to have space and give space. So don't take it personal.

one thing it does mean is that if you don't give her her space and try to talk to her about this, she will definetly be turned off and push you away for good. good luck us women can be emotionally complex sometimes.
