It is a scam. Do not reply to it at all. There has been major press on these scams.

It is not legit. My hometown newspaper ran an article one day last week addressing the same thing, and it was also broadcasted on the local television news program to be aware the scam was going on. Hate to bust your bubble; it would have been nice, no?

Did you enter the lotto? If not it's fake. It's often refered to as a 419 scam. Do not send them any money. SCAM SCAM SCAM

well first of all did you enter that lottery - if not then its a scam. if you did then your ticket should tell you how to collect your winnings.
