If you're talking about the shell of the watermelon....you can use it as a bowl for a mixed salad/fruit salad if you're having a BBQ or dinner party.
The fruit of course can be made into mini melon balls and of course good old fruit salad

Wine, fruit bowls, melon balls and the rind can be used to make watermelon pickles which are quite tasty.

you can put a hole in the watermelon and then put vodka in it....in maybe two hours you can pour the vodka out and cut the melon into pieces and have as a party treat :o)
