It's just a line of difference! How do you define enough and insufficient? It's just a line in between. You don't judge a bad girl like that. A bad girl may have good points too. And a good girl also have flaws. So no one is perfect! That's always a mixture of good and bad, so it depends on how you perceives in seeing a person. And don't always judge someone so fast before you know her/him any further!!!

A good girl, even if she's a rocker, a goth, a cheerleader or party girl... she won't mess up her life with drugs and alcoholism. She isn't promiscuous or mess up somebody's life (bullying, lies, stealing, so on.). A bad girl, even if she's all clean cut and smiley, A-student and so on, will be selfish, inconsiderate and basically the opposite of everything a good girl is.

One is trustworthy, faithful, and honest, and has some sense of self the other ("bad girl") is not. Many girls are a bit of both some are just plain sleazy though.
