Can cats get parasites/worms/illnesses from eating a gecko lizard, grasshopper, or from chicken not cooked well enough?
My cat is vomiting and having some narrow brown bowel movements, as wel as some watery light brown bowel movements.
---It should be noted I live in India and my cat does not get outside, but the lizards and insects will come in the house sometimes and he eats them!

i don't know about worms but they can get salmonella poisoning

Salmonella This group of bacteria affects humans, cats, and other mammals. Salmonella can affect cats with weakened immune systems from other infections, diseases, malnutrition or injuries. Cats have developed salmonella from eating birds or rodents, though its not highly likely. Infection is possible from eating undercooked meats or tainted canned foods as well. The symptoms are poor appetite, high fever, vomiting, diarrhea, dehydration, and painful abdomin. Antibiotics can help a cat recover from salmonella infections.

Google it and compare symptoms. Good Luck hope kitty is ok!

Not generally because they go into the cats stomach for digestion(the acid should kill everything), but you should contact your local vet immediately.
Cats are not suppose to vomit and the bowel movements you speak of are serious signs of something is wrong.
It might not be from her/him eating other animals, but it might be something else that is serious.
If you cant get into contact with a local vet, you can email any vet hospital online telling them your situation.
